John and his wife Rolanda are no strangers to the CRCA. A seasoned and well-loved pastor, John de Boer is currently serving the Riverbank Christian Church, a CRCA congregation in Launceston, Tasmania. He has been in ministry in the CRCA for more than 30 years having also served the Inala/Tivoli (QLD) and Geelong (VIC) churches. In 2009 John served as vice-chairman of Synod and then served on the Synodical Interim Committee. John introduced the breakout sessions on the Wednesday afternoon of the 2017 Recharge conference as he shared from the heart on the topic: “Zeal without Burnout”.
