Coaching Tools

At the beginning of a coaching relationship it is vital to have a structured discussion between coach and pastor/leader to identify the development areas that the pastor/leader wants to work on and to discover other ways the pastor/leader is pursuing ministry development alongside coaching.

The purpose of this summary and contract is to ensure a very full and structured discussion at the beginning of the relationship at which goals and desired outcomes are identified.   This tool also reveals any other coaching previously engaged in and any other current ministry development happening.    In addition, this tool spells out how the success of this coaching relationship will be measured.
