Oracle is a base model for coaching and is designed to take a person who is coached through the whole coaching cycle. The model is based on the fact that when people have a challenge or issue (growth point) they need to go through four stages in order to resolve it:
- Clarification of the problem
- Generation of potential options
- Evaluation of possibilities
- Planning to implement the most relevant opportunity
Oracle can be used in any situation and can be brought into a coaching conversation at any point.
