StrategiChurch changing smes to advance our mission and vision in our work in Australia and around the world will be advanced through the TRAIN and GROW Workgroups and the various other platforms under each Workgroup:

  1. Ensure regular and ongoing mentoring/coaching for all pastors in line with the emphases of the 4FT (TRAIN)
  2. Train strategically for evangelism, disciple-making, and leadership development using both internal and external resources (TRAIN and GROW)
  3. Resource the development of multiple ministry and leadership development pathways (TRAIN)
  4. Utilise diagnostic tools to provide church health analysis and encourage planning (GROW)
  5. Resource ongoing church planting, re-planting, and church revitalisation (GROW)
  6. Invest in cross-cultural mission (locally and globally) which integrates gospel impact and kingdom transformation (GROW)
  7. Cultivate and refine models of effective local churches which are proven examples of distinctly reformed and kingdom oriented churches for others to learn from (TRAIN and GROW)
  8. Increase church-wide commitment to earnest prayer for gospel workers and gospel growth (TRAIN and GROW)
  9. Build and nurture strategic partnerships that serve to support the cause of the gospel in local settings and regions (TRAIN).

Organic Outreach

Most churches would agree that evangelism is a priority. The CRCA declares that reaching the lost is central to its calling as a church: we are a church reforming to reach the lost for Christ. But so few churches and Christians are bearing fruit. In fact, most churches are either maintaining the status quo or are in decline.
