multiply confA strategy encouraging and challenging young people aged 18-30 to consider gospel ministry will include the following:

  1. Pastors/churches identify all students and young people in their church and develop a master list for contact and encouragement.  Here is a template you can use to create a master list:  Young Person Master Contact List 

  2. Pastors and/or other key church leaders meet with each student and young person to discuss their career choices, gospel passions, CU involvement, local church engagement, etc.   Here some guidelines and tips you can follow to arrange and have these meetings:  Encouraging Young People as They Make Life Plans

  3. Pastors/local churches encourage and support students and young people’s involvement in strategic conferences and events.  Below you will find links to strategic conferences and events that are offered nationally and others that are state based.  These lists of conferences and events are ones suggested and encouraged by the TRAIN Workgroup.
