Church leaders have to analyse the spiritual and financial health of their church on a regular basis. This article suggests tools to use statistics and subjective data in such an analysis. One such tool is the Generosity Ladder. This eight-point ladder helps church leaders begin to assess the heart condition of their people. It shows giving levels and helps church leaders gain some understanding behind the motivations of givers.
